Lobster Chair: Bright and FUN. A vintage wood chair has been decorated with an assemblage of whimsical wood lobsters, glass beads and hand painted pencils. It is 36" tall at the back with a seat measuring 14 1/2" x 17". The bright blue dots have been hand painted over a turquoise - aqua base. Protective gloss finish for cleaning ease. New York Yankees Chair: This vintage, maple chair has been decorated with a bright, enameled metal baseball sign, matching blue small tiles, blue glass beads, American flags, two red jewels, silver metal beads and two Yankess players. Fun. I painted white dots over blue on the remaining wood areas. Adult size. It is 36.5" tall at the back with seat measurements of 14" x 16". Protective gloss finish for cleaning ease. Blue Crab Chair: I do have to apologize for the camera glare as this chair is much nicer than the photos show. The large blue crab is one of my 9" x 12" paintings. It is surrounded by multi colored glass beads and small ceramic tiles. Hand painted yellow dot detail over blue. This chair is 35" tall. The seat measures 14" x 16". Signed DV. SOLD

Birds and Beads Chair: Just in time for spring! The three wood birds are hand painted, collectible, old, folk art. They are quite happy to be surrounded by colorful beads and vintage buttons. The wonderful tree buttons were hand painted by my Dad, Albert Capello. This 1940's Maple chair stands 35" tall at the back with seat measurements of 14 1/2" x 16 1/2". The seat and body have been treated with a high gloss protective finish. Signed DV 2005. Price: $3985.00

     

   
Readers are Leaders Pencil Chair: Fun. I haven't done one of these in quite a while. It was a special request from Cape Cod Magazine for their March '09 issue. Even more fun. Covered with zillions of pencils, both vintage and hand painted. Some old game pieces, beads and wood letters are scattered between the pencils. The seat has hand painted, vintage buttons surrounded by turquoise beads. Striking. This antique wood chair is 36" tall at the back with a seat that measures 15" x 18". The seat top is a distance of 18 1/2" from the floor. Would be a perfect touch to brighten up that "normal" office. Price: $3985.00
